I work with adults across Australia, online.

If you tend to overthink, take on too much, or feel stuck in patterns that don’t shift – this format may work well for you. You don’t need to travel, organise your day around an appointment, or sit in a waiting room. You show up from your own space and we get straight into the work.

Who this suits

You might not call it anything in particular because from the outside, things look fine: you are functioning, getting things done and showing up where you need to. But internally, it feels heavier than that. There is the overthinking – going over things long after they’ve happened. There is second guessing- wondering if you said or did the wrong thing. Maybe you are carrying more than you should – in relationships, at work or in life. You might be the one people rely on and the one who keeps things together so much so that stepping back doesn’t often feel like an option.

Over time something or many things shift and you might feel a build up of frustration. Sometimes anger. To add to that, if you get to resentment – that tends to be even more tough. These frustrated emotions can show up sideways in relationships, decisions, or how you feel about yourself. At some point, you might really struggle to work out what is actually yours and what is not and that is often when I get a call.

How I work

My approach is direct, grounded, and collaborative. I bring over 23 years of experience to our sessions.

Sessions are conversational, but focused. You bring what is going on and we work with that. Sometimes that means unpacking patterns. At other times, it is about getting clear on what to do in a specific situation.

We might stay with something and go deeper, or shift gears if that’s what is needed. There is no fixed script but there is direction.

The aim is always the same: to understand what’s happening, and help you respond to it in a way that supports you better.

How it works

You book a time that suits and fill out a few details. You’ll receive a secure link with everything you need for the session including how to reschedule if needed.

(There’s a 24+ hour notice policy, which helps keep things fair and running smoothly.)

Join from wherever you are and be mindful to keep an eye on your time zone so we don’t miss each other. And then – we get into it.

Fees

Sessions are privately billed.

If you have private health insurance, you may be able to claim a rebate — check with your provider.
