In light of having talked about 'Control' & ‘Being Self Assured’ again multiple times in sessions and privately yesterday – these 2 messages seem very appropriate for today.
We all see the world through our own lense. What we do with that lense is our choice. Keeping away from prescribing that very lense to everyone else poses a challenge for more of less, all of us. Because we are so used to ou...r own ‘normal’ lense, we assume that this lense is ‘the way to be’ for everyone else. Then we get frustrated, angry, resentful and many other things – when they say ‘No’ or challenge us back.
What I have been discovering more and more is the freedom and beauty that comes from ability to OWN my own lense more fully & encouraging others to OWN theirs! Whenever I pursue a behaviour from this head-space, I feel liberated (though it is not always easy). How does it apply to your life today?
Love and hugs
